This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Spark Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications, including Mystic Fusion (together, the “Apps”), and our website luckysparkstudio.com. By using the Apps, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Communications you send us, such as support emails (your email address and the content of your message).

Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, and app version.
• Identifiers: advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA where you permit it, Google Advertising ID / AAID), vendor or app-instance identifiers, and IP address (from which an approximate, city- or country-level location may be derived).
• Usage data: game progress, sessions, levels, in-game events, interactions with ads, crash logs and performance data.
• Purchase data: if the Apps offer in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive a purchase confirmation, not your payment card details.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive data from your device.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Apps and save your progress.
• To show advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented or where the law allows, and to measure ad performance.
• To analyze usage, fix bugs and crashes, and develop new features.
• To detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising

Our Apps are free and supported by advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners (ad networks, mediation platforms and exchanges) that may collect device identifiers, IP address and ad-interaction data through software development kits (SDKs) integrated in the Apps, in order to serve, personalize and measure ads. These partners process data under their own privacy policies. Our authorized digital sellers are listed in our app-ads.txt file.

You can limit personalized advertising at any time:

• iOS: we only access your IDFA if you allow it through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on older versions).
• In the App: where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we present a consent message that lets you accept or refuse personalized ads and change your choice later.

If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

4. Analytics and service providers

We use trusted service providers to help us run the Apps, such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting and customer support tools. They may only process your information on our behalf and according to our instructions.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

• with advertising partners and service providers as described above;
• if required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request;
• to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, us or others;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information remains subject to this policy.

6. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

We process personal data based on: performance of our contract with you (providing the Apps); your consent (personalized advertising and certain analytics, which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Apps); and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California and other US state residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise the opt-out using the device settings above or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@luckysparkstudio.com. Because we generally do not know your name, please include your device’s advertising ID or in-app user ID so we can locate your data. We may need to verify your request.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. International transfers

We and our partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and Israel. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Apps and website may contain links to third-party sites or services, including ads. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will be communicated in the Apps where appropriate.
